1. Who we are
warmbyte.in is run by Samkart, a sole proprietorship (GSTIN 29AMBPP8040Q1ZD), which sells under the brand WarmByte. Registered address: Flat No. S-6, Vensa Prime Apartments, 17-21, Mangammana Palya Main Road, Bommanahalli, Bengaluru Urban, Karnataka 560068, India. "We", "us" and "WarmByte" in these Terms mean Samkart.
2. Acceptance of terms
By using warmbyte.in or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Refund policy, Shipping policy and Privacy policy, which form part of these Terms. You must be 18 or older to place an order.
3. Products
We describe the WarmByte Smart Heating Lunch Box and its accessories as accurately as we can, including specifications, materials and images. Small differences in colour or packaging may occur between what is shown online and what arrives.
4. Orders and pricing
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Retail prices displayed on warmbyte.in include applicable GST. Bulk and corporate quotes exclude GST; GST is added at the applicable rate and shown separately in the quote and tax invoice.
We may correct pricing errors and change prices or offers at any time before an order is confirmed. Discounts and offers apply only as shown at checkout and cannot be combined beyond what is stated there. Free gifts, such as the lunch bag with prepaid orders, are offered while stocks last.
5. Payment
Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We never see or store your full card or UPI details. You can pay the full amount online, or choose partial Cash on Delivery: 10% of the order value is paid online at checkout and the rest on delivery, with no extra COD fee. The 10% advance is non-refundable, including if the order is refused at delivery.
6. Shipping, cancellations and replacements
Delivery timelines are set out in our Shipping policy. Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. We do not offer refunds or change-of-mind returns; damaged, defective or wrong items are replaced as set out in our Refund policy. We do not offer any warranty beyond that policy.
7. Intended use
WarmByte is designed to heat food to the temperatures in our product specifications (30°C–80°C). It is not leak-proof by design, to prevent pressure build-up while heating, and should not be used as a sealed flask for liquids. Please follow the usage and cleaning guidance in our FAQ.
8. Intellectual property
The WarmByte name, logo, product design, images and website content belong to Samkart. You may not use them without our written permission.
9. Bulk and corporate orders
Quotes, pricing tiers and customisation options on our Bulk Orders page are indicative and confirmed for each order after enquiry.
10. Affiliate program
Taking part in our affiliate program is subject to the terms on our Affiliate page.
11. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect or incidental loss, or for damage caused by using the product outside its intended purpose and instructions. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, without affecting your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

14. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time and will post the new version on this page with a new date. Continuing to use the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
