Charge via USB-C
Charge the 7200mAh battery fully in about 4.5–5 hours (overnight is easiest), then unplug — it doesn’t need to stay connected while heating.

Switch on & set temperature
Long-press the power button to switch on, then press it to cycle through 30° to 80°C and pick your setting.

Set timer (optional)
Want it to stop on its own? Long-press the timer button and select 30 minutes to 4 hours. Skip it, and WarmByte keeps heating until you switch it off or the battery runs out.

At a continuous 80°C, expect around 2 hours of heating per full charge. At lower settings (30–70°C), battery life extends to 4+ hours depending on the exact temperature. Charging is via USB-C.
About 4.5–5 hours with any phone charger or power bank rated 10W (5V 2A) or higher, so charging overnight is easiest. The adapter is not included. We recommend a full charge before first use.
Yes, if you pay online. Every prepaid order gets a free lunch bag for each lunch box, while stocks last. Cash on Delivery orders don’t include the lunch bag.
No. Once charged, WarmByte heats entirely on its built-in battery, so there’s no need to keep it plugged in while it heats. Charge it, unplug it, set your temperature and take it anywhere.
WarmByte is not leak-proof because its lid does not form an airtight seal. Keep the pressure relief valve closed while heating, then lift it to release steam before opening the lid. Always carry the lunch box upright.
The stainless steel container, the removable partition and both lids can be washed. The container, removable partition and both lids are dishwasher-safe. The host body, heating base and control panel house the battery and electronics, so wipe those with a damp cloth only, never wash them.
