The terms that govern your use of warmbyte.in and any order placed with WarmByte.

1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing warmbyte.in or placing an order with WarmByte, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.
2. Products
We describe the WarmByte Smart Heating Lunch Box as accurately as possible, including specifications, materials, and images. Minor variations in colour or packaging may occur between what's shown online and what arrives.
3. Orders & pricing
All prices listed on warmbyte.in are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST at the point of checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to modify prices or promotional discounts at any time before an order is confirmed. Eligible discounts (affiliate codes, prepaid order discounts, new-customer discounts, and occasional promotions) are applied per the terms shown at checkout and cannot generally be combined beyond what's stated there.
4. Payments
Payments are processed securely through our Shopify-integrated payment gateway. We do not store your full payment card details.
5. Shipping & returns
Shipping timelines and our return process are described on our Shipping & Returns page, which forms part of these Terms.
6. Intended use
WarmByte is designed for heating food to the temperatures listed in our product specifications (30°C–80°C). It is not leak-proof by design — this is intentional, to prevent pressure build-up during heating — and should not be treated as a sealed liquid flask. Please follow the usage and cleaning guidance in our FAQ.
7. Intellectual property
The WarmByte name, logo, and product design are the property of WarmByte and are trademark-applied. You may not use our branding without written permission.
8. Bulk & corporate orders
Bulk order quotes, pricing tiers, and customization options described on our Bulk Orders page are indicative and confirmed on a per-order basis after enquiry.
9. Affiliate program
Participation in our affiliate program is subject to the terms described on our Affiliate page.
10. Limitation of liability
WarmByte is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from product use outside of the intended purpose and instructions provided.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
