How we get WarmByte to your door, and what to do if something's wrong.

Shipping
WarmByte ships across India from warmbyte.in. Orders are processed and dispatched from our fulfilment partner, and you'll receive a tracking link by email/SMS once your order ships.
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
- Delivery timelines vary by location, generally between 3–8 business days after dispatch.
- Bulk/corporate orders (see our Bulk Orders page) follow a separate timeline — orders over 100 units typically require 2–3 weeks.
- You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order is handed to our courier partner.
- We currently ship within India only.
- Shipping is free on every order, regardless of payment method.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for an additional ₹100, charged on top of the product price. Prepaid orders don't carry this charge and also get an extra 5% discount.
Returns & Replacements
If your WarmByte arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos/video of the issue, and we'll work with you on a replacement.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all accessories included.
- Contact support@warmbyte.in to start a return or replacement request.
- Change-of-mind returns are evaluated case by case — reach out and we'll let you know what's possible.
- Refunds, once approved, are processed to the original payment method.
